Youth civic initiative development in the rural area of Syapsya village through a rural rehabilitation centre that implements social programs for children and families at risk. The project activities aimed at encouraging families in difficult situations to open themselves up to positive personal changes and lead healthier, more productive lives. Seminars and roundtables on alcohol, drugs and family psychology were organized for children and their parents. Several clubs and sports teams for children were started, and a fair of handicrafts produced in the clubs was held. The centre arranged several community festivals and concerts, as well as a family sports competition day that was very popular. Finally, a youth volunteer group was created that helps patrol and maintain order in the village.
